This annual community health event brought together healthcare providers, non-profit organizations, and community members to promote wellness, provide free health screenings, and connect residents with vital health and social services.</p><p>Our team offered information about our programs, conducted health assessments, and distributed educational materials in Haitian Creole, French, English, and Spanish.</p>
