<p>Lakay Acces Santé organized a comprehensive winter wellness event to support underserved Haitian immigrant families during the cold season. The event combined health education, blood pressure screenings, vaccine information, and practical resources including coat distribution to help families stay warm and healthy through the winter months.</p>
