Jeff's career highlights include roles such as Economist-Financial Analyst at the Central Bank of Haiti, where he led a team and significantly improved forecasting accuracy and policy decisions. He also served as a Financial Institution Policy Analyst, enhancing payment system efficiency and regulatory policies. With a Master's in Quantitative Economics and a background in project management, Jeff brings a detail-oriented approach and strategic acumen to every endeavor.
