David Zephirin is an outstanding public health leader with 14 years of experience spanning medical practice, health services delivery, and public health management. A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), David has a proven track record in directing large-scale health initiatives and collaborating with international partners, including USAID, to develop strategic interventions aimed at improving healthcare systems and addressing infectious diseases, particularly in Haiti. With a Doctor of Medicine from the State University of Haiti and advanced diplomas in HIV Management and Health Services Management from Paris-Diderot University and the University of Montréal, David has consistently demonstrated his commitment to public health excellence.
