Dr. Lukenson FRANCOIS is a passionate health leader and a fervent advocate for health equity and social justice. He has been working for more than twelve (12) years in the planning, organization, coordination, evaluation, and delivery of primary healthcare through different regions in Haiti. He obtained a master's degree in health systems administration and policy at Montclair State University, U.S.A., with a Fulbright scholarship from the Institute of International Education (IIE).
