Lakay Acces Santé INC. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Newark, New Jersey. We offer community health education, free health services, ESL classes, interpreter services and career services to our community.

Some features, such as our online health education courses and progress tracking, require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential, and to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these Terms.
Health content on our website, in our courses, videos and events is provided for general education. It does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified health professional.

Submitting a form (volunteer or internship application, health service request, ESL enrollment, contact form or careers profile) does not guarantee acceptance into a program or service. Places, eligibility and schedules are determined by LAS and may change.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Online donations and payments (donations, ESL participation fees, event tickets and career sponsorships) are processed by secure third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details.
Donations are voluntary and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A receipt is sent to you by email.
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us promptly. We will review each request.
When you register for an event, you receive your ticket by email. You can cancel from your ticket page: we then send you a confirmation link by email, valid for 24 hours.
When a paid ticket is cancelled this way, the amount paid is refunded to the original payment method. Refunds of PayPal payments are processed by our team and may take a few days.
Our careers platform connects job seekers, employers, training programs and sponsors. Candidate profiles that you choose to publish may be visible to the public and to employers.
LAS does not guarantee employment, interviews or hiring decisions, and is not a party to agreements between candidates and employers.
The practice interview tool generates questions and feedback automatically with artificial intelligence. This feedback is for practice only and may contain errors.
You remain the owner of the content you submit, such as comments, profiles and documents. You grant LAS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to provide our services and, for public content such as comments, to display it on our website.
We may review, edit or remove content that does not respect these Terms.
The website and its texts, logos, images, videos and course materials belong to LAS or its partners and are protected by law. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use with attribution, but you may not modify, sell or reuse them without our written permission.
Our website links to and uses third-party services, including payment processors, video platforms and social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and LAS is not responsible for their content or practices.
Lakay Accès Santé publishes on its own social media accounts, in part through internal tools used only by our staff. These tools are not offered to the public.
Our website and online services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free, complete or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, LAS, its staff, volunteers and partners are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website or online services.
