On Sunday, September 28, 2025, our team joined the 2nd Annual Road to Wellness Mobile Health Fair at Branch Brook Park (Cherry Blossom Welcome Center), Newark — organized by the Essex County Office of Public Health Management. It was an inspiring day of connection and care alongside county partners and the Essex County Mobile Health Clinic.

The fair brought together a comprehensive range of free services for the community:

  • Health Screenings: Blood pressure checks, BMI measurements, glucose testing, HIV/STI screenings
  • Prevention Services: Cancer screening referrals, smoking cessation programs, educational materials
  • Social Services: Health insurance enrollment, SNAP enrollment assistance, youth housing support, job training services
  • Mental Health: Mental health resources, substance-use support, counseling connections
