New immigrants can find a pathway to self-sufficiency upon entering the U.S. by engaging with various organizations that administer the Refugee Resettlement Program.
Services are divided into two different subprograms:
1. If you live in Somerset or Union County: Go to the International Rescue Committee (IRC) located in Elizabeth.

2. If you live in Essex, Morris, Hunterdon, or Sussex County: Go to Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark (CCAN) in Newark or Jewish Vocational Services (JVS) in East Orange.

3. If you live in Hudson County: Go to CCSF Hudson County located in Jersey City.
4. If you live in Passaic County: Go to CCSF Passaic County located in Paterson.
5. If you live in Mercer County: Go to ISLES located in Trenton.
6. If you live in Middlesex County: Go to Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services (IRIS) located in New Brunswick.
7. If you live in Atlantic or Cape May County: Go to the International Rescue Committee (IRC) located in Pleasantville.
8. If you live in Camden County: Go to Church World Service (CWS) located in Camden.
9. If you live in Burlington, Gloucester, or Salem County: Go to Catholic Charities, Diocese of Camden, located in Westville.
10. If you live in Cumberland County: Go to Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton, located in Bridgeton.
11. If you live in Ocean, Monmouth, or Warren County: Go to Interfaith-RISE located in Toms River.
